Very spacious room near the city centre and the TU in Delft. The house is really modern and clean because its currently painted(white, so bright;). There are 4 other house mates, and your room is the biggest. The house is for ONLY international students, for 12months. The deposit is 1,5 month, Plus the 1st month rent. The admin fee is 120, only 1 time fee. We like to welcome you in the house....
