A very wonderful room in Madrid city center!!! 380euro + 50 euro (bills) Location: 5 minutes by walk to PLAZA MAYOR 5 minutes by walk to SOL and 10 minutes to GRAN VIA 1 minutes by walk to Tirso de Molina METRO STATION The flat is really nice, located in the center of Madrid, in a very calm area! It's next to pubs, restourants, supermarkets, markets, shops. It's well equiped and the owner is super kind and helpful!! It's composed by three rooms...you can meet new good flatmates! This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
