Room available from July 2 onwards! Located next to Plaza Anton Martin, this room is ideal for anyone who wants to live in Madrid's center but doesn't want to deal with all the noise and foot traffic. The Anton Martin metro (Line 1) is at your doorstep and you are 10 minutes' walking distance from Sol and Atocha, so whether you need to get to work by Metro or Cercanias, the location is fantastic. You are also just a few minutes away from supermarkets, gyms, restaurants, and bars on Calle Huertas if you're looking for some nightlife. It's a small room but well-worth the price and it has everything you need—twin bed, desk, bookshelves, high ceilings and a large window looking out to the apartment's patio. The apartment is shared and fully furnished, including amenities such as salon with a TV, a washing machine and fast wi-fi. Utilities/Gastos are included in price above, they're approximately 30 € per month (wifi, telephone, water, electricity). Please message me if you are interested.
