The shopping center Kostverlorenhof is only 250 meters from the house, it offers an extensive range of shops and restaurants. There are Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Thai and Greek restaurants within 3 minutes walking from the house. Supermarket Albert Heijn is within 5 minutes walking. The stops for metro line 51, tram line 5 and bus stop are 4 minutes walking away, you can easily go to Vrije University and University of Amsterdam. With public transport or by car the center of Amsterdam and Amstelveen are quickly and easily accessible. In front of the house there is a free parking place and there is a nice garden in the back of the house. Near the house is a park with water and footpaths.
