I am renting out a big single bedroom in a big very homely duplex apartment. Apartment is big 97 square metres and you will be living with only one other person which is me. There are two bathrooms in the flat so you will have your own bathroom with shower. Cable tv with more than 100 HD Channels and very fast fibre optic internet connection also available in flat. It is located in Line 9 Valdebernardo. 10 Minutes by subway from Retiro! There is a night bus (N8) from Cibeles that leaves every 15 min throughout the night and drops you off in front of the building!!
