The room is suitable for students of University Rey Juan Carlos (which is 10 mins closer by walk) or University of Madrid (which is 15-20 mins by bus). Our flat is really closer (4 mins) to the suburban train Renfe Station Móstoles-El Soto, which connects with Madrid Center in 20 mins. The room is in a familiar flat where I live with my husband. We're warm and affable people, and also very respectful of privacity. We rent two rooms in our flat to students. The common areas are spacious and clean. There is a balcony with a nice view.
