-ONE PLACE IN DOUBLE(200,00 person) near Poli(CORSO REGINA ,ANGOLO VIA LIVORNO) In a very nice flat we rent a place in a room with two beds, available since now! In the flat there's a big kitchen with a balcony, another (single) room and one bathroom. It's located at the third floor, with lift. The flat is equipped with all the comforts: washing machine, oven, ecc... As you can see in the announce the flat is located very close to piazza Statuto and well connected with public transport (16- 3 for Poli.). Expenditures( light, gaz, ecc.:7 euro internet, 12,5 gaz, 10 elctr.-63heating-March -Aprile) ares not included in the price. In the flat there are two boys. We are looking for someone who knows how to share a flat, respectful of the shared parts, caring about cleaness...
