Really cool room in area La Latina in Madrid, well conected by metro and train (3-5 minutes to Puerta del Sol by bus). The room has a balcony to the street, so it has tons of natural light during the day! And also has a single bed (90 cm wide), a desk and a chair, and a wardrobe. Ah! And a fireplace! (it's just for decoration, but I think it's really cool :D) It costs 420€/month including Internet bills and also the cleaning of the common areas (bathrooms, kitchen, living & dining area, etc.) once a week. The utilities' expenses (water, gas, electricity) are not included, but it use to cost like 20-30€ every 2 months so it's ok! :) If you like it, just let me know!...
