Fully furnished room available for 6 weeks in Rotterdam Noord: I will be going away on an artist residency and so my room is available from Aug 1 to Sept 12, 2016. It is a 3.7 x 4 meter room with a wall of large windows (new ones, double glazed). It is fully furnished - bed, closet, desk, chair, bookcase, but keep in mind the double bed may be switched with a single bed from the room next door. You would be living with two of the best housemates in the world, an Italian graphic designer (male), and a Romanian graphic designer (female), both 26-28 years old. There will also be a fourth housemate (it’s a four-person house) but we don’t know for sure who that will be at this moment. We have a spacious living room, great for working, lounging and dinner parties, and a small roof terrace. We are very well connected to public transport, a 2 min walk to the Rotterdam Noord train station (one stop on the sprinter to Centraal), and the #4 & #8 trams are even closer. It takes about 10mins by bike to get downtown, or 20mins on the tram, There is also a nice park nearby with a big lake and a windmill. The room is €350 for 4 weeks, or €500 for the whole 6 weeks (inclusive all bills and internet). As this is so temporary, registration at city hall won't be possible.
