Il posto letto è libero già da subito. L'appartamento si trova al 3° piano con ascensore in un quartiere tranquillo e ben servito dai mezzi pubblici (fermate del 58/, 56 e 66 sotto casa + a pochi passi 55, 64, 58) e vicino a moltissimi supermercati (Carrefour Market, Eurospin, Bennet, Crai). I riscaldamenti sono centralizzati e c'è la caldaia per l'acqua calda. L'affitto è di 187 euro al mese comprensivi di spese condominiali e riscaldamento.
