Description

As of the 4th of July 2016 until the 10th of September 2016 there will be a vacant room at the Oudraadtweg 23 in Delft in the Netherlands. The house is about 3 minutes cycling from the centre of Delft and 10 min cycling from Delft University of Technology. The room has a size of 13 square meters and is fully furnished with a double bed, a large desk with a lamp and printer, a bookcase and a closet. The rent is 315 euros per month including water, gas, electricity and internet. You will share the house with 15 male students. It is a social and very easy-going bunch of people, dinner is always shared and prepared in our fully supplied kitchen and there are always some people in the living room to hang out with. The house offers all the amenities you could dream off: large living room, washing machines, tumble dryer, home cinema, bar with speakers, balcony with BBQ, TV (FoxSports included), PS4, WiFi, fresh bread delivered every day, free parking lot and more.
