The room is 16 square meters and will come furnished with a 160cm wide bed, a sink and mirror, 1 couch, 2 closets, one large bureau along with a small dresser and standing bookshelf. The room is on the ground floor with its own door to the outside. 1 other person lives on the ground floor next to the room available and three others live upstais, so the house is inhabited by 5 students in total (corrently coed). The house itself includes a communal living room, kitchen and balcony as well as a 3/4 bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and an additional 1/2 bathroom (toilet and sink) on the ground floor. A washing machine and dryer are also present....
