TO LET (July and August 2016): Two eco-friendly, spacious and light rooms in central Utrecht (EUR 425 each, all utilities included) Location: The apartment is centrally located on the Balijelaan: a 20 minute walk to Utrecht Central station, and a 15 minute walk to Utrecht’s old city and historic Oudegracht canal. The Westerkade, with several funky cafes, and Ledig Erf, a vibrant square with a charming arthouse cinema and several great restaurants, are also 10-15 minutes away (even less by bike, of course!). Bus stop, supermarket, greengrocer, pharmacy etc. are located on the same street. Utrecht is in the heart of the Netherlands, less than 30 minutes by train to Amsterdam, and less than an hour to other major cities such as Rotterdam and the Hague. The Apartment: The apartment has two floors and three bedrooms (PLEASE NOTE THAT ONE OF THESE WILL BE OCCUPIED BY THE TENANT OVER SUMMER); a bright and cosy living room which extends into a large and lush sun deck; kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a second toilet, all of which are shared with the tenant (a master’s student (m) in Utrecht). Wi-Fi + washing machine are also included in the price. Please note that, due to allergies, the apartment is strictly non-smoking.
