This is a beautiful room which has everything needed for a nice living. It is greatly located and easy to get to the Erasmus University. Most of the other persons who live here are students as well. It is located in a nice quiet street.This nice flat is 11 sqm and it is completely furnished including closet, desk, a bed and mattress. It has a kitchenette as well. Use of shared washing machines and dryer are included. You share the bathroom and toilet with one other tenant who lives next door to you. All the bills are included in the rent and registration is allowed....
