Dear ladies (sorry boys I am not allowed to rent my room to you), From 20th June until early January my room will be available. I will be going abroad and I will be renting my room for this period. I am looking for someone who can be a nice girl who fits into our house. My roommates and I tend to do a lot of house activities but nothing is mandatory. We enjoy hanging out, watching movies, have dinner together, or have a nice comforting cup of tea with some nice talk. My lovely room is completely furnished thus; you won’t be in need to buy any further furniture. Also, it receives a lot of light the entire year, and it is comfortable, cozy, neat and spacious. You will be sharing the rest of the apartment with two other roommates. The apartment is completely equipped with all sorts of equipment (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, complete kitchenware etc.). We also have a lot of space for storage thanks to the downstairs storage room where we usually put our bikes. You will be living in a calm neighborhood. The house is located in a very strategic point. You have a bus stop just in front, you can reach station de Vink in a 7 minutes’ walk, supermarkets (Dirk and Albert Heijn) are 500 meters away from the house and there are also many useful stores next to the supermarkets such as cycle repair, or Etos. Besides, you can reach the city center and all university faculties within 8 minutes cycle ride. There are many small parks nearby where you can take a walk, do a picnic or enjoy the weather in summers. You can also reach the beach in 20 minutes by cycle.
