Lovely and modern studio in attractive location! You ́ll have your own 20m2 including a kitchen plus a seperate, own bathroom with a sink and a shower. The studio is located above a supermarket, next to a copy shop, 1 walking minute away from a big and beautiful park (Noorderplantsoen) and less than 10 biking minutes from the Zernike campus. The whole house has 8 studios, the two toilets are shared by 4 studios each. I prefer to sublet my studio furnished. This includes: bed with mattress, an extendable table/desk with 4 chairs, a TV, a closet, two small tables, a shelf and tableware (if needed)...
