Description

This room is located in the city centre of Groningen, just outside the main party street. Everything in the city centre is within walking distance, especially the university. The room has everything you need to live a comfortable life. The balcony is located at the west side of the building, which means lots of sunshine during late summer evenings. The room has a bed with a big couch located underneath in order to leave space for a big study area. Furthermore, the room has his own refrigerator, which allows you to avoid using the main refrigerator in the kitchen and has a big build-in wardrobe. The room is fully furnished and everything has been put in new or has been renovated: new paint on the walls, ceiling and doors. Besides that the house has a luxurious kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and stove. Lastly, it has a separated shower and toilet and the boiler was recently replaced....
