I sublet my studio starting with April 1st until August 31st. About 25 m2, fully furnished, own kitchen, own toilet and shower. It is located on Regentessestraat, in a quiet neighborhood. No laundry facility unfortunately, but there is a launderette nearby. Preferable over 25 years old....
