Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral in Berlin, in der Nähe des Alexanderplatzes, an der Station Mollstraße/Otto-Braun-Straße. Sie ist möbliert und verfügt über zwei Doppelzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer und ein Büro. Bei uns leben zwei Katzen, die nicht dabei sein werden, aber wenn du Katzen nicht magst oder allergisch auf sie reagierst, wäre die Wohnung daher wahrscheinlich nicht die richtige Wahl für dich. Der Preis beträgt 1500 € pro Monat. Wir würden einen kleinen Vertrag abschließen, vor allem um die Hausregeln und den angemessenen Umgang mit dem Internet festzuhalten.
