The location is ideal for an intern or professional working at UZ Leuven Campus Gasthuisberg or in Brussels. 🚌🏥 I am a single mom living here together with my lovely 9-year-old daughter and our two very friendly dogs🐾. Because we value our family peace and I telework a few days a week, we are strictly looking for a female tenant (student, intern, or young expat) who is clean, quiet, loves dogs, and works or studies on campus or at the office during the week (this room is not suitable for full-time teleworkers). Facilities: A nice bedroom equipped with a single bed and a wardrobe . Shared use of the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet with me and my daughter. Privacy & Laundry:The layout of the house is optimal for your peace of mind and independence. You can access your room directly via the stairs without passing through our family's private living areas or (hidden) guarantee 100% full privacy for both your personal space and our daily family life, the ground floor and the basement (including our private laundry room) remain strictly private. Because of this, there is no shared washing machine available in the house. However, there are excellent, modern self-service laundromats located just a short distance away, which are very easy to use! Rent: € 540- per month basic rent + € 150,- per month fixed fee for utilities (completely ALL-IN: water, electricity, heating, high-speed internet, and free dog cuddles!). Total: € 690,- per month.
