The room measures 7 m2 and comes fully furnished with a single bed, a spacious wardrobe with drawers and shelves, a study desk and chair, a desk lamp, a fan, and a private smart lock. Bed linen and towels are also provided. You will share the apartment with up to three other people. It has two modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a comfortable living room, high-speed internet, and weekly cleaning of the common areas. The apartment is around 7–8 minutes’ walk from Luceros station and 15 minutes from the Central Market, with supermarkets and other services nearby. Rent is €342 per month, with utility bills shared among the residents. A one-month deposit and a minimum stay of two months are required.
