Approximately 70m2, with a spacious bedroom, comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom and a small additional studio/work area. The home occupies one part of a larger residential property, with a separate living unit downstairs. The accommodation itself is private and independent, while the large garden and outdoor patio are shared. The garden is one of the special features of the property, with mature fruit trees and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. This is our own home rather than a typical rental property, and it has been furnished and cared for accordingly. The kitchen is fully equipped, with generous solid-wood worktops, dishwasher and plenty of space for cooking. The property is best suited to one person or a couple looking for a peaceful, comfortable temporary home in the Aveiro/Ílhavo area, whether for work, study, relocation or an extended stay. Laundry facilities are shared and available once per week by arrangement. Wi-Fi and utilities are included within reasonable usage. We are looking for someone who will appreciate the character of the home and take good care of it during their stay...
