The tram stop is right outside the building making it very convinient for the public transport. At the same time the Windows and doors provide very good insulation, so when fully closed, one hears almost nothing from the hustle and bustle of the city outside. There are also plenty of restaurants from Italian, typical german to all the chinese and Indian restaurants available with 5 minutes of distance. For those of you who loves cooking, there is a fully equipped Kitchen with a big fridge to cook all the delicacies your heart desires and leave no wishes unfulfilled. This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
