Description

Modern room for rent in a quiet and well‐kept family household, located right next to the train station. The apartment is modern, bright, and well maintained. With the direct train connection, you can reach Amsterdam Sloterdijk within 30 minutes. You will share the household with me (co‐parent). My son is here during school holidays; outside those periods I am regularly abroad, which means you will often have the apartment to yourself. I am looking for a responsible student who is independent, has experience living with others, and enjoys living in a clean and quiet home. Because my son is home more often during the Christmas and summer holidays, I prefer someone who is also away during those periods (for example visiting family or travelling). During those holiday weeks, you do not have to pay rent. The apartment is compact, so someone with an active lifestyle (not home all day) fits best here. I enjoy having a coffee together occasionally, but otherwise everyone follows their own rhythm. Registration at the address is possible.
