The residential complex offers fantastic shared facilities: a communal swimming pool, padel courts, a children's play area, a coworking space (ideal if you work or study remotely), and direct beach access. A private parking space is included. El Puig is a quiet coastal town with good road connections to Valencia, making it easy to combine relaxed beach living with city life, studies or work. Please note this property is offered under a seasonal/long-stay lease agreement, with a minimum stay of 1 month and an additional security deposit. Check-In Conditions: • Schedule: Standard check-in is 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrival times must be prearranged to coordinate cleaning and key handover. • Late Fees: o 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM: 30€ o 10:00 PM -12:00 AM: 60€ • Payment & Policy: Late fees must be paid in cash upon arrival. Self-check-in is not available. Check-Out Conditions: • Check- out Time: Complete check-out before 11:00 a.m. • Departure Time: Share your approximate departure time to help coordinate the cleaning schedule. • Cleanliness & Rules: Do not leave trash, food in the fridge, or personal belongings behind. • Utensils: Wash all kitchen utensils and return them to their proper places. • Penalty: Failure to follow these rules results in a 50€ fee....
