Almost 300 square meters of an inspiring space, potentially fully furnished rooms, beautiful communal spaces (big living room & kitchen), a rooftop terrace, a laundry room, 5 bathrooms and even sauna haha. Each room has a newly built platform (loft) that can be used as a bed. We don’t want this to be just a place to live - we want to create a space where people can be creative together and bring various projects to life. Depending on your interests, we co-work together, we create workshops, classes, events together - from concerts, readings to movie nights and theatre plays. There are no limits to your ideas. In total, we’ll be a 7-person shared apartment; 4 of us already live there. Everyone from 25 to 75 is welcome - the main thing is that we click. - More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 15 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
- Less than 14 days away – No refund
