Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Kochutensilien und allem, was du brauchst. Top-Lage: eine Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und bringt dich bequem in die Kölner Innenstadt sowie zur Koelnmesse und Gamescom. Aldi direkt um die Ecke, Rewe fußläufig erreichbar. Zahlreiche gemütliche Cafés, Bistros und Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Badezimmer ist funktional und sauber, Dusche und WC funktionieren einwandfrei. Beachte bitte, kein TV kein W-Lahn dass am Waschbecken der zeit nur Warm Wasser verfügbar ist; dieser kleine Mangel ist bereits im Preis berücksichtigt. Und wird erst Ende September behoben werden und das Bad wird dann auch saniert. Nur Nichtraucher und keine Partys erlaubt. Wir freuen uns darauf, dich in Köln willkommen zu heißen...
