Dopo 25 anni che vivo qui, mi sposto per maggiori necessità di spazi. Molto luminoso e spazioso. Essendo una costruzione ben fatta, anche se ormai quasi 100 anni fa, è una casa abbastanza calda. In inverno ho utilizzato il riscaldamento solo nei periodi molto freddi...facendo attenzione si può consumare molto poco. Al canone complessivo vanno aggiunte ENERGIA ELETTRICA - ACQUA CALDA (contatore in metri cubi) - e RISCALDAMENTO, quest'ultimo a consumo con i contatori installati sui termosifoni...
