I am very calm person. I also live with two adorable cats. They are very calm, well-behaved and well trained, and each one has their own space. The apartment is quite spacious, so there is plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. You would have your own private bathroom, so you wouldn’t need to share it, as well as your own space in the kitchen. There is also a terrace where you can relax and enjoy some time outdoors.
