Rental Conditions: There is an additional monthly cleaning fee of 15€ per room. Weekly cleaning services is provided for the common areas of the apartment. There is an administration fee of 50€ (One-time, non-refundable) which hs to be paid along with the security deposit. Bills are NOT inclusive in the rent amount.
