We are family of 3 living (wife and 8y kid!) in a big new house and we are renting an ensuite room (double bed, desk, bathroom) to 1-2 university students coming to Cy for a few months. The room is isolated from the rest of the house and has its own privacy. House has a pool, garden, big kitchen etc which obviously the students can use. Aim is to help university erasmus students who are struggling to find a place in Nicosia to stay. The house is near the University of Cyprus (a short bus ride away). Price includes all utilities (and dinners with us if the student is around!). Any q’s feel free to ask....
