I am subletting my apartment in beautiful Flingern-Nord for a period of 9 months from August 1 to May 1, while I am doing a research visit in the US. The apartment features two bedrooms of about 17m2 in size and a living room of about 20 m2 in size. The monthly rent of 1300€ covers everything including electricity, heating and WiFi.
