Lage: Ruhige Wohngegend in Dortmund-Hombruch mit sehr guter Uni-Anbindung, sowohl zum Nord-Campus als auch zum Süd-Campus. Nahversorgung: Ein Netto und eine Apotheke befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Anbindung: U-Bahn-Station (U42) nur 350 m zu Fuß entfernt. Wohnung: 1 Zimmer, separate Küche (im Flur), Bad, Balkon. Extras: Waschraum, Fahrradraum und Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden. Kosten: Die Warmmiete beträgt 650 € pro Monat. In diesem Betrag sind alle Kosten enthalten, einschließlich Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet sowie die Nutzung der vorhandenen Möbel. Kaution: 650 € (entspricht einer Monatsmiete) Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und bezugsfertig. Ich suche eine zuverlässige Person, die meine Wohnung für diesen Zeitraum übernimmt.
