Hi everyone! I am looking for a subtenant for my fully furnished room on Paulinenstraße, as I am leaving early to go on vacation. The room is available from 08.08.2026 to 30.09.2026. If you only need the room for a part of the mentioned period (e.g., just for a few weeks) rather than the whole duration, please feel free to contact me anyway! We can be flexible and negotiate the exact dates and price. The Room & Flat: Size: The room is 16.16 m2, bright, and fully furnished. A comfortable mattress is included with the bed. Bonus Extras: I am leaving my Samsung monitor along with an HD cable in the room for you to use. There is also a standard TV cable connection in the wall. The WG Setup: The apartment is a 3-person flatshare, but currently, only 2 people live here (you and my flatmate). My flatmate is a male student and a really nice, easy-going guy. Shared Areas: There is a fully equipped kitchen and a dedicated dining room. Plenty of cooking utensils from previous tenants (and myself) are already there for you to use. The Best Part: Cleaning of the shared areas (kitchen and bathroom) happens every two weeks for free by a cleaning service! The Building: The building is modern, equipped with an elevator, and completely wheelchair accessible. Washing machines and a clothes dryer are available in the basement. Unbeatable Location: Bildungscampus: Just a 5-minute walk away (perfect for TUM, HHN, or DHBW students). Public Transit: An S-Bahn station is located right at the entrance of the building. Shopping: Tons of options nearby including Lidl, Rewe, and a Turkish supermarket (Topkar). The K3 shopping mall is also just a 5-minute walk away. Costs, Requirements & Documents: For the remainder of August (Aug 8 to Aug 31), the rent is 300 €. For September, the rent is 390 €. (All-inclusive: electricity, heating, water, high-speed internet, and the broadcasting fee (GEZ) are fully covered!). Security Deposit: 390 €. Important: This room is strictly only for students or trainees. You must provide sufficient proof (Enrollment Certificate / Immatrikulationsbescheinigung or training contract) before signing. Extension Option: An extension of the rental period is possible afterwards directly with the original landlord.
