We offer accommodation in an apartment in Izola, especially suitable for Erasmus students and other international exchange students seeking short- or long-term housing. The apartment is very close to the University campus in Livade, which is visible from the window. The apartment is located in a quiet, safe residential area with plenty of free parking spaces nearby. It is a comfortable and practical place to live, study, and enjoy your stay on the Slovenian coast. The apartment is fully equipped: a washer & dryer machine, enough dishes in the kitchen for even the most demanding cook, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an air fryer, and small household appliances such as a hand blender and a water heater. There is, of course, wireless internet. Monthly utility costs are charged separately and usually range from approximately €60 per person in summer to around €120 per person in colder months.
