Description

Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a long corridor entrance. Modern well- equipped kitchen, round table overlooking the main road with tall trees. It's on the fourth floor and there is a lift. There is also a sofa, shelving unit and desk. The apartment is bright and cosy and has a beautiful, parquet floor. Both rooms have air/con. The rent includes everything, except electricity and hot /cold water. In order to stipulate the rental contract we ask for a copy of ID, a university invite/work contract/other reason for relocation to Bologna, also parental guarantee if you are a student. How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
