Description

Bright, comfortable 1 bedroom apartment overlooking a main tree-lined street. Everything is brand new it has just been renovated to high, luxury standard. It's very central and close to the train station. There is everything you need for your stay in Bologna without bringing anything from home: kitchenware, bed linen, towels, hair-dryer, iron, wi-fi. The rent includes everything, except electricity and hot /cold water. In order to stipulate the rental contract we ask for a copy of ID, a university invite/work contract/other reason for relocation to Bologna, plus parental guarantee if you are a student. You also need an Italian Tax code, which we can help you to obtain. Please get in touch if you have any questions and we can send an inventory, sample copy of contract etc....

How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.

More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
30 to 15 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
