The apartment is in excellent condition and is located in a small building with only four apartments. Ours is on the second and top floor, without an elevator. The apartment has a beautiful terrace overlooking very quiet private gardens. The apartment does NOT have air conditioning, but it does have WiFi. There are four single bedrooms (the largest can also accommodate a couple). Three rooms have a large bathroom to share, one room has a private bathroom. The rent varies from room to room: from a minimum of €630 to a maximum of €730 for a room with a private bathroom. Utilities (water, gas, and electricity) are payable separately. The apartment is located adjacent to the historic center walls. All services and shops for every need are within walking distance, including a post office, bank, convenience store, neighborhood shops, bars, restaurants, parks, and bus stops. The central station is a 20-minute walk away. Guests pay 108 euros each month as a deposit for all utilities, and at the end of the stay, the amount paid will be adjusted against the actual consumption....
