Property Description This bright and comfortable holiday studio is located in a private development with an outdoor pool and well-maintained communal areas as tennis court. It features a folding double bed, Smart TV, bathroom with shower, air-conditioning, kitchen: fridge,microwave, kettle, toaster, etc. Pool: Opening hours (subject to community decisions): The apartment offers free WiFi and the building has an elevator. Additional features: The crib has an additional cost. The baby kit (crib, baby bath, and high chair) has an additional cost. The pool is outside the building. As you leave the building, it's on the right. The sun is in the afternoon. That's why the studio has awnings. The beach is 200 meters away, but it's a hill. Check-in time is from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The Keys are collected at the apartment. Please note that the apartment includes towels, bed linen, and duvets for all guests included in the reservation. If you require additional bed linen or towels, an extra charge will apply. Check-ins after 10:00 PM incur an additional charge of €50, payable upon arrival.
