We're looking to host guests for short-term stays (typically up to one month), making it an ideal option for professionals, expats, interns, or anyone relocating to Amsterdam who needs a comfortable base while searching for long-term housing. The apartment is located just a short walk from the North-South metro line, providing direct access to Amsterdam Centraal, De Pijp, Zuidas, and Amsterdam Zuid. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
