Tenants must officially prove and document a valid temporary purpose for residing in Málaga (e.g., corporate transfer, employment contract at the Tech Park, digital nomad visa, or official university master's enrollment). The original address of the tenant's primary and permanent residence must be explicitly stated in the contract. * Utilities: Water and electricity bills are payable by the tenant (not included in the monthly rent). * Financial Solvency: Mandatory verification via official payslips, international work contracts, and/or verifiable bank guarantees. * Security Deposit: A deposit equivalent to two months of the applicable rent rate is mandatory upon signing.
