The apartment is on the 5th floor and has a lovely open view. There is an elevator in the building, so no need to take the stairs. The bedroom gets morning sun, while the living room and balcony enjoy the evening sun. Despite the very central location, the area is calm and quiet, and it is often peaceful enough to sleep with the windows open. The apartment is rented fully furnished and ready to move into. Smoking and pets are not allowed. The rent is 1880 EUR per month, including electricity, water, heating, and internet. A deposit of 600 EUR is required and will of course be fully refunded at move-out, provided the apartment is returned in good condition. NOTE: The rental period is only August and September 2026...
