Big single room available in a big house with students! Next to the center, with bus, shops and supermarkets nearby. Beautiful park with public library (to study and chill) just in front of the house. Completely renovated house, amazing climate conditions (warm in winter, fresh in summer), 3 bathrooms, attic floor. High speed WiFi. No smokers allowed in the house, easy-going people are appreciated :) This is the premium room of the house, with a double bed, big desk, office chair, big wardrobe with drawers, a mirror, air conditioning in the room and a ceiling window (very luminous and fresh in the summer!).
