Walking distance to the city centre, excellent tram connections (approx. 15 minutes to Chalmers) and great bike paths. Ideal for a responsible student seeking a friendly and secure home. The neighborhood, Örgryte, is known for being quiet, green, and residential, which is ideal for studying. Despite the calm atmosphere, the excellent transport links mean you’re always just minutes away from student life, libraries, cafés, and nightlife. We have a very nice café 500 meters from home with the best home-made pastries ever, a few supermarkets, gym, tennis club, horse riding club, canoeing and kayak club by the lake, swimming pool 2 tram stops away... and more. Spanish and English is naturally part of our home atmosphere. My three children (ages 14, 14, and 10) live with me every other week (odd numbered weeks). Sometimes, the weeks when they are not there, you might have the whole place for yourself because I travel often. We don't have any TV, you need to bring your own entertainment....

Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
