Het huis staat in een mooie rustige straat in het centrum van Rotterdam. Het huis heeft 4 etages. Beneden woon ik zelf er is een opgang voor twee verhuur appartementen. De etage op de tweede etage is te huur. De etage is 52 m2 groot. via een deur met slot kom je in de gang van het appartement. Op deze gang is ook de prive toilet en prive douche. via een volgende deur kom je in de study, vervolgens in de huiskamer met frans balkon en een oude schouw, via een deur kom je in de royale slaapkamer ook met een schouw. In de gang is de royale keuken met een klein balkonnetje. n de keuken staat een wasmachine en een droger die gedeeld wordt Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Als huurder hoef je alleen je eigen laptop en kleding mee te nemen. Op het bovenste etage woont een andere huurder, deze heeft zijn eigen appartement met eigen voorzieningen. Het Centraal station is op 1 km en het Erasmus MC op 1,3 km afstand. Winkels en hippe koffietentjes en eettentjes zijn om de hoek. Parken zijn in de nabije omgeving...
