Hello! I am an international student studying in Amsterdam and I am subletting my room for the period of my summer break. The room is located in Amsterdam Nieuw-West, 15 minitues walk from Station Amsterdam Lalylaan and 10 minitues walk to the closest bus and tram stop. The available rent period is from the start of June until the end of August for my room, however you might be able to take over another room in the house after negotiation with the landload. The montly free is 650 without any extra fees. You will have access to wifi, shared kitchen and bathroom, and laundry machine. You will live with the landlard and three other tenants in the house.
