I am renting out my furnished apartment in Ostfildern. The U7 stop at Zinsholz is a 7-minute walk away. Scharnhauser Park, with all its shopping options, is also nearby. The apartment is furnished (washing machine, built-in kitchen with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator). It includes a bedroom closet, bed, and desk with chair. The apartment is available starting in April. The base rent is 1,250 EUR per month + utilities. Please contact me if you are interested.
