My beautiful, spacious and sunny apartment is up for temporary rent this summer. The apartment is 62m2 with a private balcony and two bedrooms - of which one is used as a bedroom and the other is used as a closet and hobby/study room. Since I will be traveling this summer I am renting out my apartment for a min. of 1 month between the end of May and start of August 2026 - specific dates are negotiable. I am looking for a clean, trustworthy and respectful tenant, and I would like to meet you in person or online before finalizing a contract. No smokers or pets allowed. How rent is calculated

If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
