The room is approximately 12 m2 and comes with a bed and desk. If you need any additional furniture, we’re happy to discuss that together. The apartment is in a modern, well-maintained building of around 20 years old and has a top energy label (A), which makes it a comfortable place to live throughout the year. You’ll be sharing the home with two female housemates in their 20s–30s, as well as one super cute cat who makes the place even more charming and cozy. The location is also very convenient: the supermarket is right downstairs, and Rijswijk Station is only about 200 metres away, so commuting is quick and easy.
