The building has a bathroom on each floor, with multiple WCs and showers, making it easy for everyone to have privacy and comfort. We have a selection of rooms available, each with identical facilities and a similar layout. You can check the video to get a good idea of the property:) - Each Standard room has a single bed and a study desk. - Bedding, blankets and pillows are provided in every bedroom. - Wifi is available everywhere. - There is a kitchen on each floor. - There is a bathroom on each floor with multiple WCs and showers. - There is a living/dining room on each floor with tables and chairs. - Our rooms and kitchens are fully furnished & equipped, with all the cooking essentials. - The bathrooms include laundry facilities (washers + dryers) - The rent price includes all bills apart from gas. 📍The location couldn’t be better - we’re right next to tram stops 4 & 6, with the metro just a short walk away. You’ll find plenty of shops, coffee spots, bars, and restaurants on the same street, and the lively city center is at your doorstep!
